Info: gotta getta

Only took me a few days, after considering for a while, how to make a"blog".  Thanks B.  And here I am talking to...my first conundrum.  "Who am I and why a I here?"  An old Monty Python skit.  Done in an English accent.  Yeah, I'm an old/er guy.  Er.  The word "yeah", spelled "Yaeh"...As I get past my wondering here, I will focus.  Stay tuned.  How does the new technology, the thing sucking your brains out, really work?  I know "they" are studying very hard how to addict the average human.  Good luck with that, you techno silly freaks.  I love techno silly freaks by the way, they are my friends, neighbors and loved ones.  Stay tuned...

  1. new at how a blog works; working on it. Yep, I'm that not tech savvy. In other words, I am doing my best to keep my head out of a world that is just continuing the headlong way that what we are doing will take us to. It's not too late. We have the weapons to insure destruction of most of civilization as we know it. Don't know that any humans would survive the clouds and radiation that would occur if they set a third of the nukes off in the silos they are in. I gotta count on them knowing that,; crazy, not suicidal..although Reagan spoke of you being the generation that would see Armageddon...I suspect his military guys were among the most horrified to hear him say that..

  4. Immigration. It is considered in some places where such things are of relevance, that those who have the most legitimate claim to any land/s are those who walked here. My Mexican neighbors walked most of the way here.
There are two world immigrations; exodus from war; the drug war and the war for the Greater Middle East. War, and the machinery of war Ike warned us about. Have you not seen the movie (we called them that for the longest time..:-) clip of Ike saying that? Have you not heard of the industrial military complex. Korea, then Vietnam; how did those wars work out; oh, wait; they didn't. We are still technically at war with half of Korea (Scary place, eh? No night life; no night lights, food? Dunno, but even if propagandized, North Korea could use some friends), and an army of Asian peasants beat a war machine that, for instance, dropped 3 or 4 (I have read both) times the tonnage of bombs than were dropped on both sides in all of WWII. On a country the size of Michigan. An American general was speaking with a North Vietnamese (he would simply say "Vietnamese") general, and the American pointed out : "You know, we won every battle with you." The Vietnamese general said : "That is irrelevant." I hope I got these quotes exact. I believe I do. Are we all starting to understand? Let's turn the most of the military into a building force; can even go building all over the world. re-build the cities that the other major industry has destroyed. Enough, already. I can hear the construction B boys talking in my nightmares. "General, think you can take out more of Baghdad? We're gonna be there anyways". I hope that dream isn't true.
Not completely, not all of the military, of course. I overheard a guy say, talking to his friend in a coffee shop : "I know we've got enemies; Canada would invade us if they could, and Mexico already has." Not really true, and I love my Mexican neighbors (Canada is beautiful) and I will go into my immigration beliefs, and why, asap. Later asap.
The so-called "Vietnam Syndrome"; Vietnam while rarely discussed in the military for decades, due to great shame, embarrassment, betrayal, revelations, appears to have now caused our unmatched military to work on winning Vietnam in, presently, Syria. Started with El Salvador. Made a sign back then: "Let's go win Vietnam in El Salvador". Turn the enormous war machining capabilities we have as a country to making useful, quality products; American Made
Choose a life economy, as Mr. John Perkins says.
Immigration; people fleeing from wars we made. The American "immigration problem". If everyone in this country lived as Singaporeans do, we would all fit onto land the size of Texas. That leaves a LOT of room, folks. The people who pick your food, care for your land, wash your dishes when you eat served food, or people from ancient cultures. C'mon, folks, welcome your friends neighbors and loved ones, as would Christ next time you are out of church.

  6. I will not be using this site for anything other than to find the poetry; the songs in my writing; the fun of the craft. The beautiful language of the distance of past; morphed by Noah W. into a language called "American". Free from king and church. Stop asking (this is called "reflective therapy"...:-)
And, of course; peace. This is fascinating, writing on a blank screen without anyone in mind to be writing to, at times, and free to write any way I choose; to seek, and to find the music of my work. The poetry of words. I have struggled; still do; at what tense, what audience, what.;.;. I could not figure that out, and so I am writing this, now. I have no public persona; this is me, struggling to fit in a world that demands personas. Nope, this is I am
    peace
